When I click 'Start Interview' I'm taken to a page with a blue box and nothing happens.

Most likely you don't have Adobe Flash Player installed, or the version you have installed is very old.  To fix this issue visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer and follow the on page instructions to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.  Once you have installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player close all of your web browser windows, log back in and try the Video Interview again.
